Sales Account Executive
Commission Only

Beneficial Solutions Group is seeking a full-time Sales Account Executive with B2B and SaaS sales experience to join our sales team. This is a work from home position and available to any qualified person in the United States.


Our ideal candidate is ambitious and self-motivated. They will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients and will be able to develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements.


The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue. The ideal candidate will reach their personal monthly sales goals through account management, lead generation, and new business development.


Your day-to-day job duties include contacting prospective leads (a combination of pre-qualified and self-generated), scheduling meetings, and identifying how we can best support our clients’ business needs. While guiding prospective clients through the sales process, you will need to be able to accurately describe our services, convey the value of the service, and working with Beneficial Solutions Group.



  • Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients

  • Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are met

  • Maximize opportunities afforded by Beneficial Solutions Groups’ existing clientele

  • Exhibit professionalism and respect in all communications with Clients, Prospective Customers, and Colleagues

  • Must be able to demonstrate and uphold Beneficial Solutions Group values of mutual respect, creativity, understanding, and professionalism.



  • Establish new business contacts through direct client outreach via phone and email in adherence to company procedures

  • Understand clients’ business needs to qualify them for relevant services

  • Maintain and develop existing Beneficial Solutions Group clients by providing outstanding service and support

  • Work towards monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved

  • Educate clients about Beneficial Solutions Group’s services

  • Organize & Schedule meetings between prospective clients and specialists within Beneficial Solutions Group

  • Manage new key accounts through proper documentation, communication, and organization in line with Beneficial Solutions Group policies and procedures

  • Work with team members to resolve client problems

  • Act as a liaison for both prospective and established clients with Specialists within our Group.

  • Work independently to meet established sales goals with minimal supervision

  • Other duties as assigned


Hard Skills

  • Established sales record working with director-level and C-Suite individuals

  • Concierge level of service and communication with clients and prospects

  • Time management skills and a demonstratable ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactivity to reach out to prospects

  • Accurate documentation skills within a CRM

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Benefits and Compensation

  • This is a Commission-only role

  • On-target Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

  • Path to salary if desired

Education & Experience


3+ years of account management and/or sales experience

1 - 3 years of experience working with C-suite & VIP executives

1-3 years of lead generation experience

Professional Demeanor

Ability to comply with all local and federal laws and regulations

Ability to communicate in-person, through video conferencing, phone and email

Professional attire



Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related experience

Experience in SaaS Sales

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs

Technologically Savvy
