Who We Are

Gregory Eck

Founder & CEO

Greg is the CEO of Beneficial Solutions and a licensed broker. He not only focuses on growth and long term goals for Beneficial Solutions, he also works directly as team lead for key client accounts. Greg has been a broker for more than 30 years and founded Beneficial Solutions in 1994. Greg graduated from Benedictine University with a degree in Business Economics and Finance. 
 
In his spare time Greg is an instructor/owner at a mixed martial arts gym and enjoys snow skiing, water skiing and golf. He enjoys these activities even more when he can do them with his wife and four kids.

Patricia Lang

Director of Client Services

Patricia is the Director of Client Services for Beneficial Solutions. She has been with Beneficial Solutions since 2001 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Her leadership, attention to detail, and industry knowledge make her an indispensable member of the leadership team.
 

Patricia has a strong love of nature and enjoys tending to her garden at home, spending time with her family, and has been known to attend the occasional classic car show. (She would love it if you let her drive your ’65 Mustang)

Jon Fretz

Chief Revenue Officer

Jon is the Chief Revenue Officer for Beneficial Solutions. He is responsible for creating and implementing the overall growth strategies for the company, creating and implementing revenue generation strategies, creating and leading sales and marketing training programs, leading and developing sales and marketing teams, and ensuring that Beneficial Solutions continues to provide the highest levels of service possible.

In his spare time, Jon is a fiction author (novelist) and enjoys reading, campy “B” Movies, bouldering, kayaking, hiking, and camping.

Matt Berrafato

Director of Coaching & Wellness Services

Since 1996, Matt has presented and facilitated workshops and keynotes for corporate leadership teams, sales groups, Fortune 500 companies, small to medium-sized businesses, groups, and associations. He touches his audiences with a level of energy and enthusiasm for life that is contagious.

 

In the role of “The Purpose Hunter”, he shares this unique and exciting concept, empowering people to identify their life’s passion while charting a course to begin moving closer to a healthy life balance and the realization of their dreams.
 

In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, running, and cabin trips to the lake with friends and family.

Alexus Gibson

Technology & Systems Specialist

Alexus is responsible for managing the online benefits portals that Beneficial Solutions Group provides. She is also an accomplished UI/UX professional with a strong background in design and social media management.

 

As a key member of our team, Alexus has provided valuable improvements in workflows and processes for Beneficial Solutions Group.

In her spare time, Alexus enjoys taking care of her cats, traveling, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with her partner.

Teresa Boykin

Senior Client Partner

With over 16 years in the health insurance industry, Teresa is an expert in both health insurance and Medicare.  

An accomplished equestrian, Teresa placed 5th in the World Championships for Dressage. She loves her Doberman and two horses, and weekend beach trips.

Our Account Executives serve as your primary point of contact. They are well-versed in identifying the appropriate solution to the challenges that your company faces on a daily basis. 

Whether it's coordinating the construction of your employee benefits package or integrating our consultants with your project staff, our account executives are with you from the very beginning.
